Place Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, you could:
1. Drop us an email with your attached file and requirements, we will give you a call back shortly to confirm your order.
2. You can give us a call directly to let us know how we can help you.

Q: There is a typo in my artwork. Can I reject and request for reprint?
A: If there is a typo error in your artwork, we can help you reprint it in the shortest possible time. However, the reprint will be charged based on the amount that was quoted originally.
Colors are printed according to the CMYK values in the artwork, so if you're unsure if the color will turn out as you specifically require, please request for a testprint before you proceed. The testprint takes 1-2 days and customers will be invited to our office to view and check it before proceeding for print.

Q: I've confirmed order but need to stop/cancel my order. How much will I be charged?
A: If you have confirmed your order, we would have sent it for production immediately. We would still continue with your order and you will be charged.

Q: I would like to make an order, but I do not know how to design. Do you provide design services?
A: Yes, we have a team of designers who are able to design the artwork for you. Just let us know your requirements and Fireworks Media Services will get it done for you.

Q: I have an urgent order. Can you produce and deliver my products within the same day?
A: Yes we will be able to do so. There will be an express fee charged.

File Requirements

Q: How do I send my files?
A: Fireworks Media Services has two ways for you to send your files.
1) You can email your file to us directly to ( contact @ fireworksmediaservices.com ). File size has to be less than 25MB.
2) Alternatively, if the file is too big, you can send your file via wetransfer ( www.wetransfer.com ) or any similar software. Our email address is: ( contact @ fireworksmediaservices.com ).
We will give you a call once we have received your file.

Q: Which file types would be accepted?
A: JPEG file type will be good.
Not only that, all images need to be at least 150dpi at 100% scale. Artwork should be accompanied by a hardcopy proof or a flattened JPEG file so we can view and compare to ensure nothing has misaligned or differs from your intended artwork.

Q: Do you have any color requirements?
A: We require your file to have CMYK values.
Do note that there will be a slight difference in the colors due to material and artwork export. Computer screen displaying CMYK color range cannot be used for matching purposes.

Q: How do I know if you received my files?
A: We will give you a call or drop you an email once we have received your file.

Production Time

Q: How fast would it take Fireworks Media Services to fulfill my order?
A: Once artwork is received and we have confirmed that the artwork is of suitable quality for printing, we can fulfill the order within 2-3 working days. For larger quantities, Fireworks Media Services will advise you on the additional time required.

Payment Matters

Q: What methods of payment are available?
A: For job orders below SGD$100, no deposit will be required. Payment will be made during collection.
For job orders from SGD$100 onwards, a minimum deposit of 60% of the total price will be required. The remaining 40% can be paid upon collection.
For cheque payments, please issue the cheque to 'Fireworks Media Services'.
For bank transfer, please transfer the quoted amount to Fireworks Media Services OCBC bank account 588-1205-2700-1.

Collection

Q: What are the options available for collection?
A: You can visit our office at 30 Shaw Road, Roche Building #04-04 for self-collection or request for delivery.

Delivery Matters

Q: Does Fireworks Media Services provide delivery services within Singapore?
A: Yes we do. Fireworks Media Services is able to deliver your products between 1pm to 9pm on weekdays.

Q: How much does Fireworks Media Services charge for delivery within Singapore?
A: For job orders less than SGD$200, island wide delivery fee will start from SGD$30.
For job orders from SGD$200 onwards, Fireworks Media Services will provide complimentary delivery service to one location only.

Q: How much does Fireworks Media Services charge for overseas delivery?
A: Let us know which area you would like us to deliver to and we will give you a quote. Please also note that our quote for shipping does not cover the customs duties and taxes that are imposed by the receiving port, and we advise customers to check up on this beforehand with their customs side.
